How to Improve Your Basketball Handles

     There are many ways to improve the basketball handling first you have to dribble the ball low to the ground with your left hand at five times before changing the ball into right hand the same process can do in the right hand. This process is called power dribble and it should practice for one minute. The next is stand at 45 degree angle using your legs.

Using your right hand to dribble the ball between your legs from front and back and rotate the ball into the left hand and do the same action for one minute. The third way is to place the ball in your right hand and step forward with your right foot. Dribble the ball in the left side and catch the ball with your left hand. Do the same in the left foot repeat this crossover dribble for two minutes, walking rear and forward across the court. Dribble the ball behind your back with your left and right hand for 30 seconds.
