  • I had read so much about this product, and was so excited to receive it! Unfortunately, I found it to be fairly worthless. I am very pale with pink undertones and have bluish circles under my eyes. I figured that the circles were too dark to be covered by the powder alone, but I thought that maybe coupling it on top of my concealer would land a 1-2 punch to leave me with a nice, natural appearance. Wrong!

As far as I can tell, it doesn’t do anything. I played with it over and over, using just a light dusting, using a heavy hand, using it alone, using it over, using it under my concealer. I even did a single-blinded randomized controlled trial — I picked one side and dusted the benefit product under my eye, and on the other, I dusted a very light colored plain Wet n Wild face powder that I’ve had sitting in the cabinet for 100 years. I couldn’t see much difference, and neither could my husband. The Powderflage was a tad bit shimmery, but only if you look very closely.

In summary, this tiny amount of light pink powder really wasn’t worth the price. I wish it were.

  • This is a really cool product, really thin powder for under the eyes and avoiding that cakey look.

  • Honestly this is super expensive and pretty useless. I have had mine for over a year because I rarely use it. It’s a tiny amount, it doesn’t camouflage a thing, and the brush is cheap and useless. I was so surprised to pull it out of the package and see the entire thing was the size of a gumball. Spend your money on traditional concealer!

  • Nice, light, pretty pink powder with a very subtle sheen. I can’t really use it as a concealer alone because I need more coverage. I found the brush that comes with it to be fairly useless. However, I do like to use it on top of Benefit’s Eye Bright pencil (albeit with a different brush). AND, I found another rather clever use for it. Dip an eyeshadow brush into it and carefully apply it between coats of mascara to really lengthen lashes and make mascara last forever! Also gives eyelashes a nice sheen.

Final analysis: not sure I’d spend the money on it again, but at least I found a way to make it work.
