The music industry is becoming more familiar with the latest and most unique chart released by Billboard – the hottest cell phone ringtone downloads.

According to London-based information technology firm LogicaCMG, global revenues from mobile downloads may exceed $9 billion by summer 2006.

While surfing, I found a site that organized a International Blog Cup Competition. What I was understand, International Blog Cup (IBC) is a variation of sports tournament for Bloggers. It is based on knock-out tournament format which means the blog with the most continuous support wins the monthly cup title.

Each Blog Cup Winner and Runner-up receives a Virtual Blog Cup Trophy (see below) and will be featured in Blogs of Fame section.

I think this is a good idea in order to give a chance especially for bloggers to show their creativity to setup their blogs and at the same time they are able to share the information, make a discussion, and also build a huge social network among them. Below, a International Blog Cup format was used by IBC organizer which is valid from December 2007 until further notice.
