  This tool not only performs ABS diagnostics,but does the work of a much more expensive scan tool as well.The constant update feature is a real time saver so you know if you have solved the actual problem or not in a matter of seconds,not hours.I really like this tool and you can not do better for the money.

  I bought this scanner because it had the ability to read ABS codes. My 2005 Caravan lit up the ABS light. This was the second time the light appeared. The first time, I paid $250 for an independent shop to diagnose the system and replace a wheel speed sensor. The second time, I used this scanner to dx the problem, replaced the sensor that it showed as bad, and I only paid $35 for the part. It’s already paid for itself.

  I use this on my 2001 Chevy Suburban and have gotten both engine codes and ABS codes. I knew when I bought this that a tiny device cannot hold an up-to-date databse for every vehicle in the world and that I would likely need to use The Google to get more info on the codes I pulled. In the case of the ABS codes I did just that and found out more info on my issue. For other things like the Secondary AIR Injection System the display actually said what the problem was (I still verified against resources on the internet). At least if I have to go to a dealer I know what I am dealing with and have saved time and trouble when troubleshooting problems with my truck.

  this scanner has the wrong code descriptoins for some codes the ones i found so far are for the abs may have some other code descriptions wrong as well. tried contacting the manufacturer with poor responce when i finally got a responce it was the issue has been addressed . another e-mail what is to be done to fix the problems no responce . another e-mail now waiting. I like the scanner but I need to trust it and it needs to be right.this may or may not work and may lead you to the wrong fix.Equus 3150 Innova ABS + Professional CanOBD2 Diagnostic Code Scanner for OBDII Vehicles

  I bought the 3150 to diagnose an emmissions problem on a 97 camry and it worked great for that, however when I went to check on the abs system it stated that it wasn`t supported, reading the information on the box after the fact I realized that the abs diagnostics support very few vehicles and none of mine, 2001 dodge ram, 2009 hyundai sonota, 2001 honda civic.So do your homework before you purchase the 3150 for the abs feature.
