  This is a great bike and if you know how to put a bike together is solid. The bad reviews are people who put the square block into the triangle hole when they were kids.

  My daughter got this for Christmas. When we were putting it together, my husband commented on the quality being poor. I figured, “no big deal, she won’t
  
  ride it long anyway”. After taking it out twice, one of the pedals continues to fall off. I tighten it with pliers to prevent it from falling off, but the movement she makes by pedaling
  
  loosens the pedal and as she pedals, it unscrews it. Very poor design.

  It was cheap enough for my purpose, which was just to provide a bike for my daughter to learn to ride. It assembled quickly and easily. Unfortunately it is not the same quality that Huffy used to be. The tires make a weird clicking sound. It does not turn smoothly without catching a bit. Still good for my daughter to learn to balance- but then we will be buying something better.
