  I do not yet know about the quality of this product, as I bought it as a Christmas present.

  I can say that my delivery went off without a hitch. In fact, it came much sooner than I had expected. If my fiance is happy with this item, I would absolutely order from here again.

  It seems like a fine player for music but for some reason they removed the FastForward and Rewind Functions. When listening to Audiobooks I want to be able to rewind if I get distracted or FastForward to a certain point if I need to get to a certain place. It is for this reason I am returning this device.

  He needed a little help setting it up because he is male and doesn’t need…or read directions. Once he was persuaded to go through the packaging and find the software; it worked perfectly. I try not to get too excited over these things we have a lot of children so we have had many different Mp3 players in the last 6 years. If it is still going in 18 months I’ll be impressed. It was inexpensive and Phillips has a pretty good name so I’m optimistic.

  This is a GREAT mp3 player! It has a video converter which is quite easy to use in my opinion, even though it can take a while for the conversion process. Just select the video you want on your mp3 player, then once it finishes it is automatically sent to the video folder on the player, you don’t have to worry about where it should go! Picture and video quality is great for something so small. It is fairly thin, but it doesn’t feel too thin or flimsy. The buttons feel quite good. You can rewind and fast forward within a song by holding down the same keys you use to change the songs, it is great. Pretty much the only thing this doesn’t do that the 5th generation Nano does is take pictures. I recommend this to anyone looking for an reliable mp3 player with all the bells and whistles.

  I brought this mp3 player after my old one broke (a Sony that was 5 years old). I went to Walmart to look for a cheap mp3 player and this was on sale.

  Pros:
  
  Long battery life (compared to my old Sony)
  
  Easy loading onto (and off) from computer
  
  Easy controls
  
  FM Radio
  
  Little screen (I didn’t have a screen before)

  Cons:
  
  Flimsy outer covering
  
  The Rapsidy thing

  Overall this is a great mp3 player. I take it everywhere from my vet job to retail job to school. This mp3 player hasn’t let me down, except for the factory ear buds, but thats to be expected. I haven’t had many mp3 players, but I wouldn’t mind a larger memory one for Christmas.
