  I converted my old white MacBook to an Axiotron ModBook. Until a real Apple tablet appears, this is hands down the best pure tablet out there. But Win7 does offer a superior on-screen keyboard and screen rotation over Snow Leopard. Highly recommended for ModBook owners. Just make sure to load the sound drivers after installing Win7 in Boot Camp to prevent an always-on red LED in the audio port.

  Windows 7 OEM is tied to the motherboard. Unlike the full retail releases of Windows operating systems that can be installed on the another computer in the future, OEM releases may not be transfered from one computer to another.

  Amazon shipping is so fast and reliable.

  The DVD case is quite robust and eliminates the hazard that paper/celophane sleeves present for scratching your OS installation disk.

  The price is reasonable for a reliable online retailer. The only thing that would be better is a lower price.

  This installs flawlessly with Bootcamp.

  The windows update feature will help find drivers, but the remarkable thing about Win 7 is that it seemlessly loads and installs nearly every driver you need. If you are installing on an intel mac you will still need to insert the OS X disc to load drivers for the keyboard and sound.
